2006 Exchange in “The City Different” will explore changing landscape of insurance

Santa Fe’s Eldorado Hotel is the site for ICAE’s 2006 Exchange, The Changing Landscape of Insurance. Mark your calendars now for September 24-27, 2006!

Chris Fedosh, vice president of risk management, Morgan Stanley Individual Investor Group, sports a southwestern motif to entice participants to attend ICAE’s 2006 Exchange.

It is said that the Pueblo Indians first created settlements in what would become Santa Fe, New Mexico, between 1050-1150 A.D. We do know that Santa Fe was incorporated in 1607 and became the capital of New Mexico in 1610, making it both the second oldest city and the oldest capital city founded by European settlers in what would become the United States.

For generations, Santa Fe has been called “The City Different,” emblematic of its unique character and charm. Over the centuries, Santa Fe has experienced many changes – which makes it even more appropriate that the site of the ICAE’s 2006 Exchange will convene in this jewel of the Southwest.

We will meet at the world-renowned El Dorado Hotel, Sept. 24-27, 2006, to discuss ‘The Changing Landscape of Insurance.’ And while the theme has been set, the full program agenda has not. We want your input about the topics and issues of interest to you, so don’t hold back!  Drop us a note care of the ICAE website with your ideas about how you see the insurance landscape changing and what it means to your company and customers.

We look forward to seeing you again in “The City Different” in 2006, where history, tradition and change exist in perfect balance in a culture and character unique in North America.

Nancy Brebner, ICAE executive director, urges attendees to block September 24-27, 2006, for next year’s Exchange, The Changing Landscape of Insurance, in Santa Fe, NM.
