ICAE OFFERS ORGANIZATIONS SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

As an ICAE member, your organization has the opportunity to sponsor Roundtable and Exchange activities. Your organization’s support enables ICAE to attract new members while helping to encourage the attendance of regulator attendees through reduced registration fees.  Through organization contributions, we continue to keep registration fees as reasonable as possible.

As a contributor, your organization will receive recognition during the event as outlined in the following chart.  Also, depending upon your level of support, you may be able to send more attendees at no additional cost.

ICAE – SPONSORSHIP LEVELS San Antonio Exchange -September 30-October 3, 2012
Silver
$500		 Each silver sponsor will receive name recognition in the exchange binder and website with other silver sponsors; recognition at the Monday-Wednesday morning and afternoon breaks; plus  preliminary convention attendee registration information, if requested.
Gold
$1,000		 Each gold sponsor will receive above benefits plus option to provide a company handout including product or service description and contact information (sponsor provides handout). Gold sponsors will be recognized at the Monday and Tuesday luncheons.
Platinum
$1,500		 Each platinum sponsor will receive above benefits plus signage at convention including company logo at the Monday and Tuesday speakers/panel segments.
Emerald
$2,500		 Each emerald sponsor will receive above benefits plus recognition at the Sunday evening reception.  In addition, an emerald sponsor will receive two registrations for the price of one at the event.
Diamond
$4,000		 Each diamond sponsor will receive above benefits plus one complimentary exchange registration; plus recognition at the Tuesday evening event/outing; plus the corporate logo prominently displayed in the exchange binder; plus the corporate logo on the convention bags.
