Dealing with consumer relations issues in the current business environment takes big shoulders, and sometimes a thick skin. So it seems appropriate that the 2010 Insurance Consumer Affairs Exchange will take place in the City of Chicago, one of the most exciting destinations in America.
Known for its dynamic business environment, gorgeous lakefront and a dizzying number of cultural and entertainment attractions, the ICAE’s return engagement in Chicago is long overdue. And while we may not be able to make up for Chicago’s loss of the 2016 Olympics, and we can’t guarantee that the Cubs will be in the playoffs when we convene in the City of Big shoulders, you can be sure that Chicago will roll out the red carpet for the people who regularly shoulder the responsibility of helping consumers and ensuring that the services our industry provides are relevant, efficient and caring.
