In preparation for the upcoming Williamsburg Exchange, you have an opportunity to contribute door prizes for conference attendees. YOUR GENEROSITY AND SUPPORT ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED! If you plan to donate items for door prizes, we are asking you to complete this online form by September 1, 2008 and follow these instructions: DO NOT SHIP OR BRING ANY PRIZE DONATIONS TO Williamsburg WITH YOU. MAIL Nancy Brebner (address at bottom) ONE BUSINESS CARD FOR EACH DONATED DOOR PRIZE. ON THE BACK OF EACH BUSINESS CARD, LIST THE ITEM(S) THAT WILL BE DONATED (i.e., a golf shirt, a sports bag, golf balls and hat, etc.) WRITE A DESCRIPTION OF THE DONATED ITEMS ON THIS ONLINE DOOR PRIZE CONTRIBUTION FORM. At the conference, attendees' names will be drawn for door prizes. As names are selected, they will be given your business card with a form containing instructions to hook up with you during (or after) the conference. Also, the form will include information about them, including their shipping information. We will get the shipping information to you during (or after) the Exchange. This method will prevent shipping hassles and save ICAE shipping expenses.
